Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name, birth date, or other term entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider operating that feature. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. Pulaski County Warrant Records does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
Email messages are retained as needed to prepare a response. They remain within the operating team unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
Loading a page causes the site's systems to receive standard technical details about the visit:
- The IP address assigned to your device
- Which browser you are using and its version
- Your device type and operating system
- The pages you visited and how long you stayed on each
- The site that sent you here, if any
- Timestamps for each page view
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small device files used to understand traffic, including popular pages and points where visits end. Analytics providers combine that usage data. Browser controls can block cookies, though doing so may change how some features behave.
What We Do With This Data
- Keeping the site up, running, and loading quickly
- Sending your search requests to the right partner service
- Figuring out which pages people find useful and which need work
- Tracking down and fixing technical issues
- Showing ads that may line up with your interests
No Warrant Data on File
We neither host nor sell a database of warrants or personal warrant-record data. Our content explains how Pulaski County records may be checked through the Sheriff, Superior Court Clerk, and the relevant issuing court; Georgia does not provide one public statewide warrant search that replaces those offices. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not assembled into a consumer report or a record about another person.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. Information submitted there falls under the provider's privacy policy, not this policy. Each partner controls its own retention and disclosure practices, which should be reviewed before a query is sent.
Links to Other Websites
Links lead to the Pulaski County Sheriff, Georgia courts, legal-aid resources, and outside tools. Following a link leaves this site, and the destination's privacy rules then govern the visit. Review those rules before sharing personal details.
Certain advertising partners may track your activity across sites to show targeted ads. That tracking runs on their systems, not ours.
Who Might See Your Data
We do not sell personal data. Some information may end up with:
- Search partners that handle queries you run on our site
- Analytics services we use to track traffic and performance
- Ad networks that place ads on our pages
- Law enforcement or government bodies when a valid legal order requires it
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable standard safeguards protect information collected through the site. No internet-connected service can promise perfect security, however, and a breach can never be ruled out.
Users Under 18
The service is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone younger than 18. Data identified as belonging to a minor will be deleted when the operator learns of it.
Your Data Rights
Georgia privacy and consumer-protection law may provide additional rights depending on the circumstances. The Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. §§ 50-18-70 through 50-18-72, governs requests to public custodians; it does not turn data held by this private site into a government record. At a minimum, you can:
- Ask for a copy of what we have on file about you
- Have us fix information that is wrong
- Request that we erase your data
- Opt out of certain kinds of data processing
Updates to This Policy
This policy may be revised. Any revision will be posted here with a new effective date, so users should review this page from time to time.
